What are the pickup and delivery days and times?
We offer pickup and delivery 7 days a week between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Pickup:
When you schedule a pickup, you’ll select a preferred time slot. We’ll arrive within a 2-hour window (one hour before or after your selected time).
Example: If you choose a 3:00 PM pickup, we’ll arrive between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. You’ll receive a reminder to have your laundry ready before your scheduled time. -
Delivery:
Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, depending on your selected service speed (same-day, next-day, or 2-day turnaround). You’ll be able to choose a preferred delivery time during checkout, and we’ll do our best to meet it. You’ll also receive real-time notifications with estimated arrival times and confirmation once your order is delivered.
How should I prepare my laundry for pickup?
You can use clean trash bags, reusable laundry bags, hampers, or any container that’s easy to carry. Just avoid overstuffing or making bags too heavy so we can safely transport and weigh your items accurately.
If you have delicates, dry-clean-only items, or flat-rate pieces like comforters, feel free to place them in a separate bag and label them if possible.
At your scheduled pickup, we’ll collect everything and return your laundry clean, fresh, and neatly folded—ready to put away!
Do you offer contactless service?
Yes! We offer fully contactless pickup and delivery for your convenience and peace of mind. Simply place your laundry outside your door or in a designated location. When placing your order, please include clear instructions so we know exactly where to find and return your items.
Be sure to have your laundry ready at least one hour before your scheduled pickup time. We’ll send a notification when your order is picked up and again once it’s delivered—no need to be home!
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the service you choose:

What kind of detergent do you use?
We use Kirkland Signature detergent, a highly rated and effective option we trust for fresh, clean results.
If you prefer a fragrance-free option, just let us know—we’re happy to use a Free & Clear detergent at no extra charge.
You’re also welcome to provide your own detergent if you have a specific preference. Just include it with your laundry, and we’ll use it exclusively on your items. Any leftover detergent will be returned to you at delivery.
Are my clothes safe with you?
Absolutely. Your laundry is handled with the utmost care by trained professionals. We never mix your items with other customers' laundry—your clothes are always washed and dried separately.
To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, each washer and dryer is thoroughly wiped down and sanitized between every client. Your items are safe, secure, and treated with the same care we’d give our own.

We proudly serve the following areas:
Sterling Heights, Shelby Township, Utica, Clinton Township, Roseville, Rochester Hills, Troy, Madison Heights, Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, Clawson, Eastpointe, Grosse Pointe, and surrounding areas.

Please note: If you place an order and are outside of our service area, we may need to cancel your order and issue a refund or charge an additional mileage fee with your acknowledgment.
Can I include special care instructions and requests?
Yes—absolutely! We’re a fully customizable laundry service, and we want to do your laundry exactly how you like it. Just include any special instructions in the “Special Requests” section when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Adjust wash or dry temperatures (By default, we wash in cool water and dry on normal/medium heat)

Is there a minimum order size?
There’s no minimum weight or load size—you can send just one item if you’d like!

We simply have a $30 order minimum, which means if your total comes out to less than $30, the minimum charge still applies. This helps us keep pickup and delivery convenient and sustainable for all orders, big or small.
What is your cancelation policy?
You can cancel your appointment online anytime more than 1 hour before your scheduled pickup at no charge.​

Need to reschedule? No problem! You can reschedule online at any time before your pickup window—no fees or penalties.
